The lead must be real, sent with the consent of the referred person and not already in active discussion with Docodex.
Self-referrals, spam, purchased leads or data collected without consent are not accepted.
Docodex may reject incomplete, duplicate, irrelevant or fraudulent leads. Auto-referral is automatically blocked when the lead's data matches the affiliate's data.
Fees are calculated according to active rules, approved after eligibility validation and paid after receiving money from the client.

Individuals, PFAs, Firms, Freelancers, Agencies, Consultants or Content Creators who can refer real and relevant leads can apply.
The commission becomes eligible after the lead is validated, the client accepts the offer or signs the contract, and Docodex collects the payment related to the project.
Each affiliate receives a unique code and link. Leads coming through that link are assigned automatically, and statuses appear in the affiliate portal. The referral cookie is kept for 30 days, if the visitor accepts the necessary settings for this tracking.
In the current version, we do not use a minimum payment threshold. Payment is made after the commission is approved and the necessary tax documents are in place, if applicable.
