Cookies policy

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small files saved in the browser for website operation, saving preferences, security, analytics or marketing.

2. Categories used

Necessary cookies: they are permanently active and support the functioning of the website, forms, security, session, consent preferences and protection against abuse.

Analytics cookies: help us understand traffic, pages visited, content performance and conversions. We can use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, only if you accept the analytics category.

Marketing cookies: can be used to measure campaigns, remarketing and advertising audiences. We can use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and possibly LinkedIn Insight Tag only if you accept the marketing category.

3. Indicative list of cookies and technologies

Cookies/settings required by Docodex: Django session cookie, CSRF cookie, `docodex_cookie_preferences_v1` consent preferences, temporary security/rate limiting data and technical preferences necessary for operation.

Analytics, only after consent: Google Analytics 4 can set cookies such as `_ga' and variants `_ga_*'; Google Tag Manager can upload tags only according to the consent granted.

Marketing, only after consent: Meta Pixel can set cookies such as `_fbp` and `_fbc`; TikTok Pixel may set cookies such as `_ttp`; LinkedIn Insight Tag, if enabled, may set LinkedIn cookies for campaign measurement.

Attribution/referral: we can store locally or in a cookie the affiliate/referral code and UTMs to correctly attribute commercial requests.

4. Consent

Analytics and marketing cookies must not be loaded before your consent. You can accept all categories, reject optional cookies or change your preferences from the Cookie Settings page.

5. Possible suppliers

Providers may include Google, Meta, TikTok and, if enabled, LinkedIn. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and consent settings.

6. Modification of preferences

You can change your preferences at any time from the Cookies Settings page. Preferences include consent version and save timestamp. You can also delete cookies from the browser, in which case locally saved preferences can be reset.

7. Contact

For questions about cookies or personal data, you can contact us at office@docodex.com.
