3. Identity verification
For data protection, we may ask for additional reasonable information to verify the identity of the applicant, especially when the request concerns customer accounts, documents, invoices, contracts, tickets or fiscal data.
4. Deadline for response
We will respond within the applicable legal term. In complex situations, the term can be extended according to the law, in which case you will be informed.
5. Limitations
Complete deletion can be limited when there are legal, fiscal, contractual obligations, archiving obligations, the defense of legal rights or the need to keep evidence of collaboration.
6. Audit consent
Website forms include GDPR checkboxes where necessary. The system can keep the consent audit: form, version, date, IP, user-agent and accepted categories.
7. Authority
If you are dissatisfied with the answer, you have the right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data.
